This is a comprehensive look at leadership involvement and how it can affect employee attitudes thus affect production. It’s not light reading at all. Be prepared to be challenged. I had to read it in little sections and then take breaks to think about it. There are tons of examples on how to execute the steps they recommend, and they walk you through the process with lots of assessments. I almost feel like you get both the book and the workbook with this book because of how hands-on these sections are. This book would be good for someone who really does want to focus on maximizing their employee production.
