Książka sama w sobie nie jest taka zła, ale zawarte w niej informacje nie zawsze są możliwe do zastosowania w polskich realiach. Leki, które są niedostępne w kraju, procedury czasem diametralnie różne od tych stosowanych przez polskich pedodontów - to główne wady tego podręcznika. Dużo wiedzy testowej, za mało przydatnych w praktyce informacji. Obecny egzamin końcowy w zakresie stomatologii dziecięcej to "kopiuj wklej" z tego podręcznika, bardzo upierdliwa praktyka.
