Winter:

Some people are born bad. Others are made that way. I was a combination of both.

At the age of twenty-seven, I am on my third husband. He didn't make me crazy at all. He made my heart happy.

Little did I know what was coming my way and that was when I was the most dangerous.

Elijah:

I am rich and handsome. Women throw themselves at me. I grew up watching my dad cheat on my mother while she looked the other way.

I use women and they use me. I've never wanted anything real until Winter. I'll do anything to make he mine.

Winter is excited for her upcoming wedding to Elijah. After two failed marriages she believes that Elijah is finally the one that will be good and faithful to her. After a wonderful honeymoon in Bora Bora, they arrive home and Elijah turns on his phone. He finds messages from his job that there's a problem with one of his accounts and he should come to the office right away even though it's late at night and he's tired from the long flight. Winter decides to surprise him at work and bring them a late dinner to share. That's when she sees him leaving the office, with a woman, who boldly kisses him right there on the sidewalk.
Everything changes then and little does Winter know how bad everything will get. This book had many twists and turns and I really enjoyed it.

This story completely took me by surprise. It had friendship, romance, spice, mystery and unexpected twists. It’s definitely not a typical storyline and I enjoyed reading something a little different. My biggest question was sometimes I wasn’t sure who or what I wanted to root for. But it all came together in a way I definitely didn’t see coming! A great read!
