This was a very actionable and practical book on sales. It was also pretty much a Sales for Dummies book. The author went though some basic checklists and exercises on how to improve your sales and networking skills.
I had to lower my rating because there were entire sections of the book that were repeated from her previous books. That is really lazy writing.
Otherwise, not a terrible refresher for anyone who sells anything.

Great book for anyone responsible for sales of services or products. Relationship based, authentic, genuine selling creates win-win situations. This book includes great stories and examples of strategies (and pitfalls to avoid) making it quick and easy to read.

Will refer back to this one again and again!
