My 6 year old son has recently been diagnosed with dyslexia. I brought a number of books and thought that this book would give me the tools to help my child learn to read. It mentioned that there were worksheets included.
Unfortunately this book wasn’t helpful at all. It had info for diagnosing dyslexia but I couldn’t find any tools to help. The work sheets were check lists for assessing kids..... not that helpful when you have already been diagnosed.
I gave the book to my sons school and they had a similar opinion. Definitely not the best book out there.
