A book that’s way too long. In some places the author has gone into unwanted details. Highly biased towards former President Karzai and too negative about foreigners in particular the Americans. But still it has some very interesting information and stories, starting from the authors struggle as a student against the communist regime and ending with the formation of the unity government in Afghanistan in 2014.
