I enjoyed the book a lot, just believe that few more concrete examples might be helpful as book is a bit on the theory side

Excellent overview of the memory process.

This book is perfect for anyone wanting a greater understanding of how the brain builds and retains memories. The sections are clearly laid out with just enough of the physical brain structure described to allow the reader to understand but without detracting from the real content. Finishing the book, I have a better understanding of memory, what I can do to improve my chances of recalling important information along with what doesn't work.
