Wow... it felt great having read it all finally ..It truly didn't dissapoint. I got the most practical advice on self-centred problem s,boosting self-esteem, dealing with apathy and boredom.It was a great go-to book... People hardly talk about mental health issues in Africa... Most think that expressing mental health issues openly is a western 'thing'... Although I didn't study psychology, the book simplified those concepts to me...I also learnt some useful therapies such as psychoanalysis, behavioral modification, family therapy and physical therapy.The classic lessons I learnt how to relax in stressful situations.... Such an amazing book!
