Jess Williams #46

A Christmas Miracle

Jess is on his way to Rasher, Texas, to find Harvey Spence before he goes to his hometown of Black Creek, Kansas. Along the way, he runs into an old man by the name of Woodson and his grandson, Jacob. Woodson makes toys for a living and was heading to the next town to sell some. But Spence ends up stealing his wagon of toys, leaving Woodson and Jacob on foot.

Jess helps them get their wagon full of toys back, but when Jess is ready to dole out justice to Spence, Jacob convinces Jess not to kill him. Jess relents and turns Spence in alive. He convinces Woodson and Jacob to join him in Black Creek, Kansas, for Christmas.

They agree to accompany him and along the way they run into a young couple who are moving after losing their clothing business and house to the bank. Jess offers to set both Woodson and Jacob, along with the young couple, up in Black Creek. What happens after they get there turns out to be quite a surprise, especially for Jess.

Decent story that was probably released during Christmas season. Jess travels to his home town to celebrate Christmas. While there, witnesses several "miracles" for those less fortunate.

I'm in the process of reading Jess' entire series and A Christmas Miracle was a change from his regular stories.. Always enjoy the inaction Jess has with the "good guys",
and some bad guys. The sense of humor, action, but does not make him seem to be above it all. I'm on #47 in the series and have put aside all other authors. You always want to see the next adventure for Jess! Good reads.

Another good one

Mr. Thomas writes well about the old west. Apparently there were lots of problems to resolve and Jess Williams was the man to do it. With his special gun and holster, he could face any man - or men. Enjoyable read.

This was a great reprieve from the rest of the stories. Even though I have liked all of them with great characters, plots and intrigue. This was a feel good story and I thank you for that on the next

Great book for Christmas season

I’m going to put this on my list of books I re-read every Christmas season. It’s a different kind of Jess Williams story and is worth re-reading.

Thank you

Mr. Thomas I must thank you for wring this book. I have been following the Jess Williams series for some time, and I have enjoyed each and every book. I wasn't expecting a new book at this time, but when I saw it ,I naturally downloaded it.
When I saw that it was a Christmas theme, I wasn't going to read it for a while. I had just lost a close family member a few days ago, so all joy that comes this time of year , was lost to me.
Something kept compelling me to pick up my kindle and read this book, and after a day, I relented and started reading. I read on not realizing what this book would do for me.
It helped to ease some of my grief. It was nice not to see death for a change, but to see something good happen.
Mr. Thomas , thank you for bringing back even a little of the Christmas season for me.

This wasn't your typical Jess story. Jess visits his hometown and checks in on his friends and investments during the holidays. Don't expect to read about Jess bringing in a lot of bad guys this was a good story of him helping others. Can't say much else without giving too much away. I saw the (surprise) ending coming but the story was too short.

Great read

Jess experiences the goodwill and joy of giving that sometimes comes with the holiday season. Another mystery to add to Jess' story.
