This is an excellent resource for young children. With brightly colored pictures and multicultural characters, the author demonstrates a myriad of career opportunities for children. The book offers a basic overview of various STEM careers from A-Z, starting with astronaut and ending with zoologist. The book is filled with child-size chunks of basic information, designed to expose children to careers that they may or may not have heard of and designed to spark their interests. This book should have a place in every early childhood classroom.

Excellent book for young boys and girls (and adults)! I learned something from this book written for elementary-age school children, not realizing that some professions are considered STEM (kinesiology - which I studied as an undergrad). The illustrations by Naday Moldova show a wide diversity of boys and girls of different ethnicities. I bought this book for my librarian sister to add to their elementary school collection.
