I loved every moment of Don't Be A Stranger!

Whether you're a painfully shy introvert or a practiced social butterfly, Don't Be A Stranger has something for you. Elicia presents unique and creative ways to connect to strangers that are EASY (and fun!) to apply. Each chapter is overflowing with the author's bubbly, fun-loving personality and heartfelt desire to connect to the reader. (I especially love her take on resting you-know-what face in chapter 6 -- so good!)

This is not your average networking how-to book. I love that the underlying theme throughout the book is building AUTHENTIC connections, something that is especially needed in this day and age.
Absolutely a must read for anyone wanting to create more meaningful connections in their personal or professional life.

Excellent guide to talking with strangers/ soon-to-be friends

I was recommended this book from a loved one after being told how useful this book is. This guide is a quick read and very practical so that you feel confident going into conversations with strangers anywhere- from a coffee shop to a professional conference. Even those who already feel confident in talking with strangers can benefit from some tools to better your communication skills. As a therapist, I plan on recommending this book to clients along with family and friends.
