An odd title from 1995, written by a wildlife hospital homeopath, and illustrated by the founder of the Welsh Hedgehog Hospital. It includes a lot of useful information about caring for sick hedgehogs and general biology and feeding, as well as vet care. It also includes a lot of homeopathy, crystal and energy healing, and color therapy.
I feel like this book is more a historical curiosity now than anything else -- most of the veterinary information has been superseded, homeopathy isn't endorsed by most vet organizations, and I'm not sure the WHH even exists anymore. The illustrations are gorgeous, however, and the book is clearly very full of love.
