I am considering starting a STEAM group for elementary school kids at the library I work at so when I saw this book was available I jumped on it. It is 64 pages often with one page being text and one page a picture. I really liked the way an experience kids could relate to was presented and how Jesse learned the equation/formula to make a good estimate of how many jellybeans were in the jar. At the end of the book it also gives you an idea for an activity to give kids hands on experience with this formula. This definitely is moving me towards having a group like this. There are several other books in the series.
