Yes this is a textbook and I read it for class but I read it cover to cover so it counts toward my reading goal.

I found a lot of typos in this book but I learned a lot so I'll allow it.

I read this book for Michigan State University’s PIM 800 Managerial Skills class during residency week for the Executive MBA program. I appreciated that the textbook referenced examples from 2020. I found the concepts referenced in the book very applicable to my work. To top it off, I really enjoyed Professor John Wagner’s class and the daily case studies we analyzed. Thank you Professor Wagner!
