This book is exceptional. I just received my copy and it really does do what it promises to do. Plus, you are working with someone who has lived in Mexico and helps numerous global corporations with their language training. I'm on my way to becoming bi-lingual now thanks to Dr. Carols book!

I saw all the five star ratings so I bought the book. Most of it is written in English and it's a lot of chatter about where she grew up and where she's traveled. There's very little that would be useful for learning Spanish. You'll learn her opinions about spas, handymen and taxi drivers, though. If you do try to read on a kindle, it will help to use landscape mode.
