The summary gives you the major points where the book is rather long and drawn out. I would suggest starting with the summary and checking the book out of the library if you need a more in-depth understanding of the concepts. There is nothing new under the sun and the concepts presented to me are another spin on SMART goals. The best advice, find a system that works for your culture and implement it.

Good content, makes me want to read the whole book. I see how this system can be helpful and effective in an organization. Many, many typos/errors throughout. Could have been a problem with copy/pasting from the original book and shortening sentences. It looks like it was out together hastily.

Reads Like a Book!

This is called a summary, but it is written in well thought out way. It just reads like the book itself. If they took out the word “summary”, you would not know it was a summary.
