There are a few things I think I'd like to make with clay. It's been years since I took pottery lessons and I no longer have access to a wheel or kiln so I wanted to learn more about other types of clay. Less polymer, which dries in the oven but doesn't have a real clay pot feel, if that makes any sense. Maybe I will try air-dry clay at some point.
I saw that it's possible to make worry stones out of clay and I like that idea, if I break one, it's not a big deal and I can make them into keychains so I don't lose them. This book does not cover worry stones.
I like pots, maybe I can make something for my plants. There were some pot ideas here for plants, I could work off of.
Most of the ideas in this book are not for me and are just not that pleasing to look at. But some of them might be worth trying. I also just like the info about the varieties of no kiln clay, though it could have been more extensive.
I will come back to this when I have more time to actually play around with clay and have decided what variety to get, what to make with it, and have made a purchase of clay.
