Passing It On: Four Generations of Graham Traditions by Gigi Graham-Tchividjian (McKracken Press 1993) (Biography). This is purely a puff piece about Reverend and Mrs. Billy Graham by one of their daughters. My rating: 3/10, finished 4/23/14.
