Quran: The Final Testament

Rate this book
Quran The Final Testament (Authorized English Version) With the Arabic Text. Translated From the Original by Rashad Khalifa,Ph.D. Islamic Productions The Quran proclaims One Religion for All the People This Final Testament consolidates all the messages delivered by all of God's messengers into one global message. Henceforth, there is only one religion that is approved by God. Islam is not a name. It is a "Total submission to God-worshiping God, and devoting the worship absolutely to Him ALONE." Anyone who meets this criterion is a "Muslim". Thus, you may be a Muslim Jew, a Muslim Christian, a Muslim Buddhist, a Muslim Hindu, or a Muslim Muslim. Surely, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the converts; anyone who (1) believes in God, (2) believes in the Last Day, and (3) leads a righteous life, will receive their recompense from their Lord; they have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.(2:62,5:69) On the 27th night of Ramadan of the year 13 B.H.(Before Hijra) (610 A.D.), the prophet Muhammad was summoned to the highest possible point, millions of light years from the planet earth, and this Quran was placed into his heart(2:185,17:1,44:3,53:1-18,&97:1). Subsequently, the Quran was released into Muhammad's memory, with Gabriel's mediation, over a period of 23 years, 610 to 632 A.D.(see 17:106). At the moment of release, Muhammad scrupulously wrote it down with his own hand-it has been divinely guarded ever since then(see Appendices 1 and 28).

Although Khalifa departs from mainstream with his pulling out of the code 19 in the Quran, his translation is one of the best, and purely Arabic translation based on the Quran ONLY. Without reference to hadith which he sees as completely invalid as doctrine. Great for "progressivists". 19.org has it online with an overview of his "discovery" of the Quran code.

It's unfortunate that people quote the Quran today without even picking it up. Some are Muslims who hear other people's interpretations and others are not Muslims who also hear other people's interpretations. Like most basic books of a religion the Quran teaches us that our first love should be to G-d and our second to our neighbors. Don't let people tell you what it is, read it. And as for the Quran saying that Muslims will take over the world, the New Testament pretty much says the same thing if you read it incorrectly. What they are both saying, as well as pretty much every basic religious book, is that the word of G-d will be heard and individuals will have the opportunity to make up their own mind.

I started reading this because I've always heard the Quran is similar to the Bible. I was curious, and wanted to see for myself.
What a load of crap!! Only the most ignorant moron would ever believe the two books have anything in common!

This is a corrupted translation.
Let me start by saying that in surah Al Tawbah the author doesn't include two verses. He explains why he didn't include them--the Quran was corrupted and those two verses were added by idol worshippers.
Another thing is that he claims to be a prophet of Allah. Another false claim. He explains this by some mathematical stuff he did (didn't make much sense) that shows how the Quran spells his name in numbers.
Don't read any of this book. It's not reliable.

I strongly prohibit anyone to read this book because this book is a spam. It projects false knowledge because Rashad Khalifa refered himself as the messenger of God though he was not. He was a believer of Quranist Islam which rejects the knowledge of Sunnah and Shariah law. Secondly the book is not proofed by any Islamic scholar.
