This is one of the first real estate books I read. I don’t hate it but I didn’t come out of it feeling that I learned something important that I didn’t already know. There were some parts that made me feel inspired as a woman in real estate but it was more a story on how she struggled and real estate saved her and her daughter than a survival guide to real estate. Filled with lots of stories from her past but not enough direction for people looking for direction.
More biography than a real estate help book basically. Not bad but not the best.
I keep reading real estate books hoping to find one that is different with new information. This one is not. It's the same old, same old.
Girl gets real estate license. Discovers it's not what she thought. Getting clients is the difficult, nearly impossible. Struggle, struggle, struggle. Then without a lot of details, realtor becomes a top producer.
The basic information is presented fairly well, but is geared toward totally green agents. This would be a good book to read prior to licensing to give you an idea of what you're getting into.
