Harry has worked for years as an Unspeakable to identify the best point where he might go back in time to change the impact of Voldemort’s war. Now he knows: he will have to return to his parents’ Hogwarts years and encourage the Slytherins to stand on their own instead of following a leader. He knows how to assume the post of Defense professor and how to reach the Slytherins. And from there, well, surely nothing can go too wrong.

Small glimpses into Harry's journey back in time, the 70s Marauder era, to take up the DADA position and try to steer the younger minds away from the Dark Lord. Harry teaches the kids that there is more to them then just their name, the blood status, the Howarts house. He teaching The Marauders to be better and be bullies and he's teaching the Slytherins critical thinking skills and to question the Dark Lord's beliefs.

It's an easy read and enjoyable if you don't mind a vauge storyline that doesn’t hold your hand through the entire school year. It really is just small clips of certain decisions that change the future.

I like this. Competent upstanding professor protagonists are the best. I don’t understand why it’s broken into multiple parts. That was an abrupt ending.
