Read this book with our kids. A brilliant way to introduce them to Shakespeare.
We've pretty much read all the other ones in the series too.
We all learnt heaps, and I polished up on my history lessons!
Very enjoyable, and great illustrations too.

I’ve been reading this series of books on and off for a while now. They’re so great. This one’s set in the Globe during Shakespearean times. Made me laugh! Definitely also made me grateful to live in a time that had proper clean water! Looking forward to adding this to my pile at school!

💀I loved this book and I learned a lot, not only about Shakespeare but also about the monarchs at that time.
For example, Elizabeth I died on the date Edward was born but obviously in 1603!
I loved how Robert fell into his acting career, and it was his friend who wanted to do the job in the first place.

💀A very speedy read again, which just means I'm going to have to go back and collect the next book!
And the added beauty of these books is they can be read in any order as they are from different time periods, so no waiting for the next book to become available. 👍
And a quick Google has found that there are 195 titles that I can explore.😲
Fantastic!
