There were some pretty good pieces of advice in this devotional, but there was a lot of repetition, in my opinion. It was just ok.

Also, I am very perturbed that the editor of this book did not correct the misuse of the word “palette” an artist uses when painting for the intended “palate” which tastes food in the December 4 devotional. It drives me nuts when mistakes go uncorrected.
