A review for other lawyers:
I'm a criminal prosecutor and was lent this book from another lawyer due to issues I was having eliciting hearsay testimony during a trial. I have since purchased the newest edition and found it incredibly helpful. It bridges the gap between "I know this is the law, but...” and, "this is how I get it done" during trial.
