I received this book after we had a presentation from the author at a company in-service day at my office. Much of what he talked about in this presentation is in this book. There are some very good insights into how our body works and what we need to improve different aspects of our lives to be healthier, stronger and happier. There are some strategies I plan on using in my life to help me in certain areas. It's a very short book (107 pages) so it's very easy to read and get through. I could have done it in a day or two but wanted to read each section and "digest it". Unfortunately, there are quite a few spelling and grammatical errors in the book. Hopefully they will be fixed an a newer edition. Still a very interesting read with a lot of good ideas for you.
