Music has been more than just entertainment. It's been an outlet, an inspiration and a healing. If it wasn't for the art, I think my life along with many others would've been carried out differently. From the lyrics to the instrumental, each and every song inflicts an emotion needed each day. Whether it be happiness, sadness, anger or sorrow. This book will showcase how my life and the other creatives in this book have been affected over the years. We are united by this art form and it has brought me in contact with some talented individuals. Music has been very therapeutic for me and I hope you find something in this book that you will connect with. Welcome to Audio Therapy.

The author and I's musical tastes are like Yankee Stadium and Camden Yards in that while it's a ballpark, it's very different. The universal appeal of this book is in the things that music means to us and the others involved in the project. It's an exciting, healing, transcendent thing that gives you memories and shapes your life.

I can listen to a song and be instantly transported to be 17 years old and thinking of a particular girl or to 21 and letting loose on the club dancefloor. These poems take you to Reggie's moments like this. His poetry even flows like music and you can feel the backbeat to the words as you read.
