Forever Theirs

Rate this book

*This is dedicated to everyone who wanted a little more of Nikolai*

Four years have passed since I graduated from Knightswood Academy. While my life is significantly more peaceful now, the ugliness of the world I have entered isn’t always hidden under the sparks and glamour of wealth and extravagance.

But with Liam, Gabriel, and Nikolai on my side, I can weather the storms that come my way.

Forever Theirs  is the epilogue of the duet series The Kings of Knightswood Academy,  a contemporary reverse harem high school bully romance series. It is also the prologue to a spin-off series in the same world. As such, this is a short story and not a novel-length book.

Note:  The Kings of Knightswood Academy  is a reverse harem series meant for mature readers who enjoy their academy bully romances with no restraint to language, violence, and a few heated scenes.

I have to admit I have loved the previous two books in this series and so when I saw Book # 3, I automatically grabbed it and read it with the same hope that I would love this one as well. That wasn't the case for me as I felt that this was a bit of a letdown. Forever Theirs is set four years since the group graduated from Knightswood Academy and Paris is in her last year of Kingsley University and is busy studying her Masters and Ph.D. She is also getting the hang of being an heiress as those who read Book #2 will remember that she finally found out who her father was and that she was his only rightful heir. Paris is also spending time with her three boyfriends Liam, Gabriel, and Nikolai. This book had a lot more focus on Nikolai and the dodginess of his business that he has been born into, including an incident that Paris witnesses and has her shaken. The incident leads to a doppelganger being found and then the ending of Forever Theirs - sets up the premise for a new spin-off series called the Mafia of Knightswood Academy with a new female and two guys. This is a hit and miss read and I would only suggest it if you loved the Kings of Knightswood Academy or wanting to read the new series as this is a bit like a prequel or connection novel.

Seeing that this promised “more of the Russian” I was a bit disappointed. I was hoping this was to be more of him and our h, but this seems to set up a new series, which if I think where it’s going is going to happen, their will be a lot of unhappy people. Obviously, I don’t know where the author is going to take it, but reading between the lines I think I may get a little upset. Vague I know.

Honestly, sigh.... This book, for the most part, should have been either it's own book to begin the spinoff or the prolong of the next series.

An epilogue is closure of a current series. Not a clifthanger.

I honestly wish it was better.

I read this series thinking what the heck? This poor girl has been through hell and back. At every turn, she is tormented and abused, yet she keeps going. I did enjoy the first 2 books but this one left me disappointed. The first 2 she is finishing high school and has 3 love interests. I'm not really a fan of the 3 guys either. The only one who really seems to actually care is Gabe. Liam is a total a_s to her and causes soo much grief and she just takes it, doormat! Gabe is smitten with her and I really like their vibe. Nik, eh he is so wrong for Paris. He is too standoffish with Paris and honestly is made out to be bad for her, which I totally agree with. Personally I wish Paris was a bit more, she seems to be bland, yes she has blue hair but is too much of a mouse. She has no true personality really. Now in this book, we are left with I feel too many unanswered questions. Why in book 2 is her hair described as a silvery blonde before the blue but in this book its darker with red high lights? First 2 books their all in high school and now their finishing college well the guys are and they are moving on to their new positions in their families business. What happens to their relationships? How does Paris move on? I just feel like it didn't give us closure but it introduces 3 new people and the next books are about them. Bleh!! Honestly, I feel like Paris is not okay with what Nik does and I feel like the impact of that would destroy her! With everything she went through I do not think she should be okay with what he did, I know I would not be. As I said, I am disappointed with how it just abruptly ended like it just needed to wrap it up. Doubtful I will be reading the next book.

I can’t wait..

Well I can honestly say that this book got me excited and hooked on the new spin off series that will be coming out.. But I’m also sad that Nikolai and Paris seems to be drifting apart.. Paris has a stronger bond and shows more feelings for Liam and Gabriel, than she does for Nikolai.. Whenever she’s with Liam and Gabriel she always feels like they are her forever and she feels for them deeply.. But when she’s with Nikolai she never seems to feel anything, but having good sex.. She pushes him away a lot and it’s just really sad.. I wished you could have made her feel strongly for all three men and not just the two of them... Because it seems like Liam and Gabriel are Paris real boyfriends and her true loves and that Nikolai is just her sometime lover that she seems to not really need or sometimes want.. And now it might be that Nikolai will probably end up loving someone else or that’s how I see things..

Unexpected

I loved this book Paris is an inspiring well rounded character that you can’t but want the best for her. The boys Nik, Gab and Liam bring drama in the best ways. Zoya and Luca warm my heart with there sweetness with whole lots of other characters. The villains in this story are bitter, cruel and twisted which gives the story its edge of darkness that gets you hooked. So as you can see I love this series and Author is becoming a fast favourite of mine.

Now that was an epilogue!

What a way to end a series and start a new one. I can't wait to read the next series. I'm hoping to see some of these wonderful characters make an appearance in the new series.

Good

Short but to the point. Gives me more incite on Nik and what his world is like. But now can you give us a “what’s their lives look like in ten years” for the 4 of them please??

Amazing

It may have been short but it was really good. The fan girl in me was waiting for Nikolai to propose to her just because he can. A girl can dream. Great job on the epilogue Ivy

Forever theirs

A good short story continues this saga. I want much more of them. I'd like them to actually really become a family and live together which would make a great story with how each is a powerful person in their own right.

A teaser

Ties up the Kings of Knightswood Academy and introduces the next series of this group. Intriguing, that’s why it’s a “teaser”!

Decent

Decent ending for a series. I won’t be continuing the next because I just can’t read another series full of the stiff dialogue.

Enjoyed

Like how the book introduces new characters for a new series. I'm hoping we can read more these old characters in the future. Would recommend to others.

Interesting

This wasn't much of an epilogue, I was hoping for more of an HEA but instead got the set up for a spin off series. But still a good read lol.
