Sure, Vince may be a little possessive and jealous - but when you're in love, obsession can seem flattering instead of dangerous. Ignoring red flags and following her heart, Alicia agrees to be whisked away to Vince's vacation home in Westerwald, Germany, having no idea that he plans on keeping her captive in his secluded woodlands chalet. Trapped in Westerwald is a can't-put-it-down psychological thriller with unexpected twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

About the author

Sofia Müller, born in Freiburg, June 21th, 1983, a relationship expert, editor and writer. Herself too survived a few toxic relationships which inspired her to put her emotions into words with the aim to help women all around the world who've been in similar situations. She is a true example of a toxic relationship survivor. Instead of staying at the rock bottom she reinvented herself and dedicated her life to empower women and show them there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Müller's first foray into fiction is her 2019 romance thriller book, Trapped in Westerwald. Müller explores what happens when your love story turns into a nightmare. Her book takes us through the story of a young woman who was head over heels with a man who seemed perfectly normal; maybe a bit possessive and jealous but nothing as major as to trigger alarms inside of her. She had no idea of the danger she was in until it was too late.
