The author really says nothing in the first few chapters of the book except to compare younger women to older women. I kept waiting for details about the Keto diet. She did state to only cook foods in olive oil, but her recipes contradicted this. Finally, I thought she was going to address how to begin the Keto diet when she said, Let's get started". I moved to the next page and was both angry and laughing. What appeared was her first recipe and the remainder of the book was recipes. What a waste.
If I could give this a Zero I would. So poorly written it was painful to read. Many weird recipes with exotic ingredients not readily available at my local grocer. The entire meal plan section is exclusively the recipes in the book. Completely worthless.
