This is the perfect book! It's a board book, which is important in my opinion. It is also just the right size with wonderful illustrations. I adore my Grandma so this book seemed fitting on how it explains how wonderful Grandma's are to have in our life. I think any child would enjoy this book and the illustrations.

Five stars.

Thank you, God, for Grandma was written by Amy Parker and will be released March 21st. Easter falls on April 16th so it'll arrive in plenty of time for Easter if you decide to pre-order it.

The book is all about the love between a child and their grandmother. I know Peyton has a special bond with both her grandmothers. Thank you, God, for Grandma celebrates that special bond through cute rhymes and colorful illustrations. It encourages little ones to treasure and cherish their time with Grandma. Something we all need to be reminded to do no matter how old we are.

It's easy to get swept up in all the craziness of life. Thank you, God, for Grandma will help to remind you to slow down, take a moment and cherish the time you are spending with loved one.

Currently, Thank You, God, for Grandma is being released in board book form and digital. Due to the format, I would say it's geared for the preschool crowd but it still works well with elementary children.

Thank You, God, for Grandma is a sweet children’s board book written by Amy Parker and illustrated by Rosalinda Kightley, showing how wonderful grandmothers are. The rhyme scheme goes like this: “Grandma always shows us / To care for others too, / To find a way to brighten a day / And let God’s love shine through.” The book would make a good baby shower gift. It is 20 pages long and is geared for toddlers and preschoolers.

The three protagonists of the story – the grandmother, grandson, and granddaughter – are cute brown bears. I like how the grandmother is visually portrayed in the story; she wears a necklace made of flowers, has white eyebrows and black mascara-painted eyelashes, and dons a stylish yellow hat in a couple of the pages.

The best thing about the book is that it shows the loving relationship between the grandmother and her grandchildren, as well as the fun adventures and activities that they pursue together. They take a walk, pick berries, read an exciting book, play dress-up and hide-and-seek, sing, cuddle, bake, go on a picnic, and give gifts to the needy. The grandmother comes across as caring, gentle, and attentive. The grandchildren love their grandmother, look up to her, and enjoy their time together.

Cute book with great pictures and an adorable storyline. I really liked how it had so many grandma names in the book. My kiddos have a Grandma, Granny, Mimi, & Gigi and it was so great to see all these names in the book.

I received a complimentary copy.

If you have a Grandma in your life or for your children, this book is short and sweet. It does not have a huge message or really any storyline, but it is nice for a quick read. The little ones will like the bears.

This is a sweet little board book for Grandma's and little ones to share. It highlights all the fun and sweet things Grandma's can do for their Grandchildren. The fun ideas for playing and baking. Plus, also how it's ok for Grandma's can spoil their grandbabies a little, because they are Grandma.

This is a good board book for littles and should be very durable and last a while. It would be a cute gift for a first time Grandma, or even for a Grandparent's Day present.

Thank you to BookLook Bloggers, I received a copy of this book for free in exchange for an honest review.

Thank You, God, for Grandma By Amy Parker is a very cute children's book that does a wonderful job in showing children that a grandmother is truly a gift from God. The pictures are very very cute and they are all well drawn. Young children will love having this book read to them and older children will enjoy reading it themselves.
