Such a sweet and inspiring story! Along with the illustrations that had me smiling through the whole book.
As someone who enjoyed life with three special needs dogs for thirteen years, and two who were in wheelchairs, this brought back such fond and rewarding memories of when I shared the message also that these dogs can lead quality lives.
It absolutely warms my heart to know this message continues with writers like Sherry. So many children feel safe with animals and those who show them, like Molly, that despite challenges life can be beautiful, well, how much better our world will be for it.
A book and a message that really is to be read not only by children, but adults too, and the discussions that can follow that will benefit the welfare of all - animals and people. Win-win!
