Other than summer jobs as a teenager, I have always been in business for myself. I have owned businesses that included: residential and commercial construction; brokering and trading commodities; owning and operating multiple insurance agencies; horse breeding, syndicating, training and racing; dog breeding and field trialing; owning and operating multiple gyms; owning and operating oil wells; brokering, researching title and consulting (regarding the buying and selling of oil and gas properties); as well as brokering and facilitating international fuel purchases.
I have traveled extensively outside the continental United States including Switzerland, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Belize, Caribbean Islands, Alaska and Hawaii.
I am happily married with four adult children, each successful in their own right.
My wife and I served in the ministry by founding, building and operating a children's home.
I authored my first book, American Entrepreneur: An Autobiography, at the urging of family and friends. My second book is, Life Begins at Sunrise: An Inspiring Story of Love, God, Bird Dogs, Walking Horses and Field Trials. I have just completed my third book, The Legend of Jake Jackson: The Last of the Great Gunfighters and Comanche Warriors.
While I had written numerous sports articles for local newspapers, I didn't think I had the patience to write a book. I found that the more I wrote, the more I like it.

Definitely enjoy following Marshal Morgan and his Deputies As they do an outstanding job of bringing justice to Fort Worth, and the surrounding areas. Lots of outstanding gunfights that definitely keeps the bad guys guessing what might happen next.
No problem awarding five stars to this outstanding western adventure of our realistic old American folklore oriented aggregation of justice at its best. Morgan and crew doesn't take no for an answer. Too, the tougher contest the more proficient the Marshal, and his Deputies become. Definitely an extraordinarily camaraderie is built between this group of lawmen, whose assigned duties is carried out with the quickest means possible. Great storylines that touches any reader's heartstrings, and the heartwarming adventures throughout the entire story is very descriptive of how our West was finally tamed.
Certainly recommend this story, and series, to you vigilant western readers, and especially to all you non western enthusiasts, as you need to get away from those dreary ever day, nonsensical generalized stories, and enjoy some rest shootem up extravaganzas for a change. Happy trails!😀

U.S. MARSHAL MORGAN PORTER
U.S. Marshal Morgan Porter, his Deputies Lash and Hector are the lawmen for Fort Worth, Texas.
These men and Aunt Linda his wife Sarah are Frontier Folks, a force to deal with. U.S. Marshal Porter goes up against some really bad hombres, you know shoot first ask questions tomorrow.
Action moving every page is a different fight, like I said lots of energy going on.
Aunt Linda and Sarah are great cooks as well as dead eyed shootist. They aren't afraid of living alone on the ranch, they keep their rifle and Aunt Linda's shotgun READY for any TROUBLE.

WHJJ. has. penned the 4th United States Marshal Morgan Porter novel which has the Marshal and his Deputies kept very busy. If it's not one gang it's another. If it's not one bad gunman it's another. Two of the gangs are outright murders and one is a kingpin for state wide cattle rustling. One of the gunman is John Wesley Hardin. Then there are the evil doers of Ft Worth working outside of the law. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

Good Read
