THINGS I LOVE ABOUT THIS BOOK:

1. All the different ways Smedley camouflages himself to blend in with the different backgrounds he's up against.

2. Sally Skinky's incredibly encouraging attitude and her affect on Smedley.

3 (But really it's my top answer). The way the freaky lizards in the big girls' gang say, "Woohoo!" all the time. : )

If you have a shy little Smedley at home, share this one together for some quiet smiles and hopeful moments.

A really nice book for children to relate to. Underlying message throughout the book about confidence building.
