An entertaining tale of two very opposite neighbors: Perky the lazy otter, and Bert the busy beaver. Neither respects the others way of life and avoid each other. After an unfortunate accident they end up spending time together and they learn to incorporate some of the others philosophies of life into their own, becoming great friends.
