I found this book very helpful when going through a time when I could not seem to stop bleeding. After reading this book, I began using Arbonne's Prolief progesterone cream. My periods returned to normal and have continued to be regular ever since. I recommend the book and the natural therapies in this book to everyone going through menopause or who can't seem to get pregnant.
This book contains information your doctor won't tell you; probably because he or she doesn't KNOW! Big pharma doesn't want the medical community to know this stuff because you may not need their drugs if you use natural progesterone!
Thank you for telling us the truth!

Such an important book about the building block of total health for both genders. Cannot recommend enough. Learn how to truly heal instead of blindly medicating symptoms and causing different problems. I wish I had read this before deciding to take the Pill, not knowing just how dangerous it is (and other traditional reproductive treatments are), especially for me. Lots of good, interesting info with lots of research.

A great book to open your eyes to the oestrogens out there in our environment from giving women freedom to have sex without fear of getting pregnant to drinking horse urine through the water supply as the contraceptive pill is getting everywhere..

This book is 140 pages long (plus appendices) of which about two thirds was filled with repetitive personal anecdotes and pent up frustrations about the medical community. The useful information was also repetitive and not organised well. There are a lot of medical studies referenced and heavy research was involved, so I gave it two stars for that bit. Probably could have been condensed to a pamphlet, in my opinion.

While containing some useful information for me, this book was definitely written for an older audience and pushed its end-all be-all option pretty aggressively without considering many other alternatives
