By far the easiest book I read, but it is also very interesting. This book has six wonderful stories about the importance of unity, friendship and wisdom deep with in us. Beautifully illustrated, I loved this book. My favourite story is " the rescue of the deer" in which the friends rescue first the deer and then the turtle using a lot of teamwork.

In my opinion, Panchatantra is a book that every child has to read. Pandit Vishnu Sharma wrote this book to make reading interesting for everyone by using animals, birds and human characters in his stories. I give a four star rating for this book for different reasons. Firstly, every story has a moral in it.
I liked the story where the king of the doves and the other doves fly with the net . Secondly, how the demon and the crook tried to get the calves from the bhramin and failed.. I recommend this book to children because each story has a moral that one can learn.
