Reed “Keg” Borelli loves his freedom, and to him, nothing beats hitting the open road with his club brothers. At least it used to be that way before two of them settled down with ol’ ladies. He is happy for his brothers, maybe even a little jealous. Keg once thought he had found love. Instead, he chalked it up to being young.
Until she returns.
Raven Allen is back in the town she was raised in. Except for this time as a woman with responsibilities and harboring at least one regret. She figures life has come full circle when she faces the man who, at a young age, had held her whole heart. But if life had taught her anything – it was happiness wasn’t meant for her. She experienced it twice, and each time it had been ripped away.
Haven MC is placed on standby when a local gang steps up their illegal activity. The situation isn’t generally in the realm of their directives, but as the gang’s activity threatens to touch one of their own – the sphere changes – and Keg realizes he can either hold on to the feeling of betrayal or grasp the second chance life has offered.
Carson Mackenzie enjoys writing romance with a real feel inside the stories. She writes with the belief not every man is a jerk and not every woman needs saving.
Carson lives in the South with her son, a Great Dane and two adopted shelter dogs that keep the household in line. Books have always been a part of her life. There is nothing better to her than curling up and relaxing with a good story and losing herself in someone else’s world for a few hours.
Writing stories and growing as an author with each book is her goal. She wants to reach the level where a reader knows when they see her name on a cover, they can trust in the fact there will be a good story as they flip through the pages.
Carson’s journey into writing has only been for a few years. As she’s finally starting to settle in, she can’t believe she waited so long to start.
This one was so cute. I lived the second chance that they had. Raven's daughter is so adorable and their son is just like his father. Can't wait to read the next book!
Keg's Revelation is the third book in the Haven MC series and I think the best so far. This is the story of Keg and Raven who have a second chance at love. They were once in love when they were in high school but Raven left town to move to east so she could nurse her mother, who had been in an accident. Because of the distance and being hurt by her decision Keg called things off. Since then he has avoided relationships like the plague. It is now twelve years later and Raven has come back with her two children to work for her grandfather as a veterinarian. But there is a secret, like can you figure it out, that will end up coming out once she and Keg cross paths again. Will he accept what she has to say and the reasons for her decisions or will he push her away again and the potential for so much more?
This is a fast-paced and engaging story-line that contains suspense, secrets, danger, drama, family, love, friendships, romance and so much more. The relationship of Raven and Keg is heartfelt and the secondary story of the MC adds to the tension in the story. The one thing that I wish was that there was more balance between the past and present relationship between Raven and Keg, as it seemed there was a lot of their history written about. But overall I thought this book was a great read.
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
ONE NAILBITING DELIGHT!!! One rip, roaring ride! Carson hits the motherload with this block busting bombshell. Satisfying is an understatement, this baby comes packing a punch that can bring you to your knees. A vortex of spinning emotions bursting into play front and center. Drama, lies, secrets, distress, turmoil, intrigue, danger and suspense keep you riveted on a razors edge. Add determination, speculation, perplexing situations and exposed revelations thrusts this bad boy to life spectacularly. Unnerving mishaps with staggering results blows this baby wide open. Pushing forward through the trials and tribulations with a slew of plot twists, you find yourself so deeply immersed your living it. The characters personalities are solid and strong with individual traits and qualities that balance and blend, playing off one another brilliantly. The scenes are colorfully descriptive its easy to interpret each scenario as they play out perfectly. Amazing job Carson, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us
This is book three in the Haven MC series. This is Keg's story. This book is full of exciting things that make it a great story to read. Raven is back in town after moving away with her mom, ten years ago. The long distance relationship thing was not something that Keg was interested in and he broke it off with Raven. Raven is back with baggage and secrets and still has feelings for Keg. The saying goes that true love never dies.....just goes dormant sometimes. This is the case for both Keg and Raven. Can these two work through the past in order to have a future? When the secrets are revealed, does it destroy what is being rebuilt or does it strengthen and grow it? I loved reading this book and cannot wait to read the next one in the series. Enjoy!

Story focuses more on Keg and Raven’s past and developing relationship. Raven returns to her hometown after being gone for 12 years with a secret that she knows will come out but it comes out quicker than she expected. Understandably angry, Keg doesn’t take long to accept the situation and realize that he still loves Raven.
Good read. Story is pretty straight forward with no real highs or lows. For the most part it can be read without reading the previous two books. There is some mention of events from the previous books as well as the Black Hawk MC series but nothing that interfere’s with this story.

The only girl that Reed ever loved, broke his heart when he was a teenager when she told him she was moving to live with her mom and take care of her. They break-up and it changed him. Years later she returns to take over her father's Vet practice. Reed is blown away to find out he has a son. She was pregnant when she left and didn't know how to tell him. Can the relationship between Raven and Reed be fixed? Will his son learn to love and accept him? How will Raven's daughter react to Reed? Can Reed handle a little girl as well? This is a wonderful book with HEA. Carain Mackenzie doesn't dissappoint.cannot wait for the next book in the series!

From the minute I picked this book up I couldn't put it down!! My heart broke for Raven and Keg, but I'm so happy they were able get find their way back to one another. I loved watching these two come back together and not their pasts get in the way. Keg stole my heart as he listened to her explain why she kept a big secret from him and I loved how he thought it out before he gave her a response. Of course I'm ecstatic that Beast now has a forever home with Haven MC. I can't wait to read Crank's story.
Another great book to the Haven MC series. This is a beautifully written second chance romance between Keg and Raven. The author does a fantastic job bringing the story to life with her descriptive scenes and realistic story line. You can feel the connection and love between them coming through the pages. The story moves fluidly and I enjoyed reading.

Keg and Raven deserve to be together and the fight that they have AHEAD OF THEM will test even the most resilient of hearts. But through it all Keg proved he is the one for her. I so enjoyed this story even though it was short it made it possible for me to really engage with the characters. Hopefully Carson will write more in this universe!

So this is the first book I read in this series and I am going back to read book one and two to catch up. I loved this story of Raven and Keg. She left town with her mother about 10 years ago and now is back. These two have a lot of history and baggage to get through. I loved how the author gives detailed background information on this relationship. A great HEA.

A new author yo mr but a pretty good read. This story definitely has some angst - it’s a bit heartbreaking. The story is about Raven and Keg, but being a second chance romance they do find their way back to one another. Keg was a great male character and stole my heart as he listened to Raven. The Beast has a forever home with Haven MC but now I’m waiting to read Crank's story.

Keg loves his MC family. Raven is returning home after loosing her husband. 13 years ago, they were in love. Will Keg accept Raven's secrets? Will Raven allow herself to love again?
LOVED these two! I didn't blame Keg for initially being upset with what he was told, but loved how he was able to move past it and look toward the future. I didn't blame Raven for being scared, but loved when she allowed herself the chance to fall. Good read and cannot wait for more from this author!

A bad boy who is not that bad at all. When Reed finds out that he has a son of almost 13 years old, he is initially angry with Raven for hiding this. When he gets to know his son, and thereby spends more time with Raven, the ice layer around his heart melts. Nice second chance novel with an element of the MC incorporated

Sorry to say that I am a little tired of MC gangs, besides I didn't like Keg's thinking. I mean he thought she was the love of his life, but then he couldn't understand and broke it off with her, because she decided to help her family. Because he didn't want to have a long distance relationship.

I really liked this MC second chance romance. Keg and Raven fell for each other in high school but when Raven moved to live with her mother Keg broke things off because of the distance. Now she is back and Raven has a secret she has been hiding. Will they find their way back to each other? Fast-paced read with load of drama and steam. I really liked it.
Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Keg loves riding his motorcycle with a couple of the boys. Raven has come back to town and saw the man that had her heart years earlier. Loved the chemistry. Thank you for allowing me to review your book.

4.5 stars. I enjoyed the read. Always enjoy a good MC romance book where the MC are the good guys. I like the storyline, I thought it was sweet with the veterinarian and her kids. The cliffhanger is definitely something, I can't wait to see what happens next.
Keg and raven was high school sweethearts until raven moved. Now over 10 years later raven is back in town with a big secret. Can they make it work this time? Great story.

I almost forgot who this book was about but as I read more and realized this was the one I was waiting for I dropped my phone. This series is getting better with every members story. Can not wait for the next one!
I enjoyed this new "Haven MC" story. My heart broke for the characters. Keg and Raven are wonderful and deserve every bit of happiness they can find. Overall a good story-line and I love the characters.
Loved this book and series so far. Kegs first love comes back to town with a long kept secret. Pretty tame for an MC book, but loved the story and the kids.
Really enjoyed this book and hopefully there will be more. The love between the two characters was unbelievable. Enjoyed Keg getting along so well with the kids
