Mi Familia Part II

Rate this book
Being part of the mob is complicated…but so is staying alive.

Jack's missing and I'm the only person who can find him.

To find Jack, I will have to be willing to enter a world where goodness and faith can not exist and sunlight is consumed by the shadows. Where I’ll have to give myself over the cruelty and power and become suspicion itself. And I wonder if my soul is up to the task or if I’ll come back like the very people I’ve been running from my whole life.

Don’t miss the next exciting installment of MI FAMILIA Part II

Early praise for Mi Familia, Part II.

"An addictive series that is a non-stop adrenaline overload that I'm thrilled to recommend to others."

This series could have just been one book, I'm just glad I was able to listen to the series in its entirety all at once.

Franki was last left at her trailer park home and now she gets a visit....Jack is missing. Will she go find him...uh yea!!!! Because she loves this dude. She's endures loss and happiness in her attempt to find Jack and save him.

I know I said it before, but for a book called Mi Familia, described as a Mafia Romance and being part of a series called Married to the Mob, this is not what I expected. In the name alone there is just too much Mafioso for this book. The title does not fit at all. It's barely a Romance and fits more of the Suspense/Thriller genre. But like I said, I totally like the story, just think it should be described differently.

Debbie Soelter, the narrator, keeps leaving me unsure of her performance. I know I couldn't imagine Franki any other way. Maybe it was planned this way, if not, guess what, she is the best narrator for this series.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This is book two in the Married to the Mob series. The story of Franki and Jack of course continues so you need to read book one first. Franki is determined to find Jack as he has gone missing. She has a damn good idea where to start looking, his family but can she survive the that world. This is still our girl that if it wasn't for bad luck, she would none. Going into the mob world where it is all darkness, deception and betrayal all around, can she come out of this in one piece? There is a chance of her losing herself entirely. Another sit on the end of your seat, captivating read as you anxiously read to see what happens with Franki. This book is well written and full of twists and turns guaranteed to keep you turning those pages as you devour each and every word. Looking forward to book three. Enjoy!

At the end of Part I, Jack makes the decision that Franki is safer without him and the crazy world he lives in. And drops her back off at the trailer park. But he's never too far away (as he drives by her house at least once a day for a while). Fast forward a few months and now Jack's sister Juanita is sitting in her house. Jack's gone missing, and she needs Franki's help. Juanita's plan is crazy, but Franki has no choice but to help the man she loves.

Once again, the story had me on the edge of my seat wondering what in the world is going to happen next. The lengths Franki goes to to save Jack has her questioning her own identity, but she's determined to see it through. However, what she learns about Jack maybe too much for her to handle. The conclusion in Part III is going to be CRAZY!!!!

Twisted cartel romance

Franki is trying to move on with her life then Jack's sister makes a visit saying she needs frankis help as Jack has gone missing.
Definitely entertaining and worth a look. Great characters and dialogue.
The standard is high in the simple storyline which is to well written as you can visualize the scenes.
Worth a look.

However note to author/editor heroin doesn't have an e on the end.

This is the second part of the Married to the Mob Series, a Dark Mafia Romance. The story continues where the first book left off. This installment is darker than the first book. The storyline has drama, mystery, and action. Now, I can't wait to listen to the last book in the Series. Debbie Soelter did a good job with the narration. This took off where part 1 ended. It was equally emotional and gut wrenching but was quick. I read through this quicker I think then part one just to start part 3. Which I might say was is beyond words. Holy wow. You’ll have to read all three to get the full the true meaning of MI Familia. This just takes you on a whole new level of OMG.

Loved the book, the story was well written and the characters were intriguing. Once I started I could not get enough, from the start till the end I was engrossed I was even on the edge of my seat with twists and turns, lust and passion, strength. The short story of eroticism of sensation. Do yourself a favor and buy the book you want be disappointed.
