I REALLY wish I had this book when I graduated college! But nonetheless it is spectacular. Great actionable tips.

Favorite line: "Remember you cannot change a person's mind, but when you can change a person's experience, they'll change their own mind. How will people experience you?"

Wow.

I've seen Renessa Boley Layne speak and she's extremely good - motivating, inspiring, and entertaining. Her book was the same kind of non-nonsense, well-organized, important messaging that was easy to read and digest--of course, it's up to the reader to do the hard work. I'm trying to figure out the next move in my path (not a fast-laner who needs a total reset), and I still found it valuable. In fact, it was the 'permission' I needed to slow down to speed up (take the time and get help now to stop wasting time/resources/energy/years later). Thank you, Renessa!
