Useful for lawyers and scholars interested in the period right after the Narional Labor Relations Act was amended to cover health care employers. The book also contains useful exploration of 1970s Title VII litigation.
But as this all suggests, the book is largely outdated in 2025 as the law in both of these areas has evolved immensely over the past 50 years
