Haunted By The Wolf: Shannon

Rate this book
Dr. Shannon Stevens is a cute, short, shapely brunette. She loved her job with Idaho Air Rescue. She has a great boss and supportive team members. Shannon had been an ER surgeon in NYC and was one of the best, but that was the past. During her waking hours she was fine, but once she closed her eyes at night, nightmares disturbed her rest. Nightmares of six months missing from her memory.
Bradley Fletcher is a bear shifter. He joined Idaho Air Rescue to complete his training. He was preparing to open a new rescue center in Great Falls, Montana. The last thing he expected to find in Caldwell, Idaho, was his mate.
When Shannon is kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend, Bradley experiences déjà vu. He knows what it’s like to be taken against his will. Weston Cruz tried to kill Shannon once before. Bradley has to find her before Weston succeeds in taking her life.

I was born in Toronto, Canada. I moved to southern California in the mid-sixties. I worked for a record company, a cosmetic manufacturer, and as a school bus driver. I rescued abused horses and raised Quarter horses. I retired in 2010 and moved to New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment, with my husband and menagerie of dogs, cats and birds.
In October 2015, I sat down with an idea while watching TV and started to write on my tablet and couldn’t stop.
In March, 2016, I released Bearly Too Old. By then I had written two books and was working on a third when I got brave enough to self-publish my first book. I hope you enjoy my books. They do contain adult content and are intended for 18 years of age and older.

This is the first book I've read from Margery Ellen, but I found the storyline and characters very captivating. I really enjoyed the scary aspect of the story, woven into the narrative. I look forward to reading the rest of the series. I got the book as an ARC to give my honest opinion.

Fantastic book!

This is part of the continuing saga of the people who are part of the shifter world. This story tells how even in the shifter world there are the same aspects of the human world, pure evil takes on the form of a wolf, a psychopathic killer... stalking a young woman and leaving her with nightmare huanting her dreams. Doctor Shannan lives through a nightmare that takes away part of her life, but is the nightmare real or dream. Just on the edges of reality lies the truth. This is an outstanding story told by an amazing author of the shifter world.

WOW, just wow. Truly a great story and what a great start to a series. This book will capture your attention and keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.

I love how the author makes her main characters strong. They might get emotionally beaten sometimes but they always come out stronger and keep a good head on their shoulders.

Shannon is truly an amazing woman. She has such a caring way about her. She truly fits in with her team and makes a wonderful EMT/doctor. She will have so much to overcome when her past comes looking for her. The worst thing is without her memories will she be able to know danger when it comes her way?

I just loved Fletch. He has been through so much. He is great when it comes to helping others that need help and is going to be perfect for Shannon when she really needs him. He is one that will be there for her no matter what and knows when to give her the space she needs as well.

This story has so many touching parts and you will fall in love with every single character in this story. I might have a few favorites in this story but I will keep that to my self. I have a feeling a am going to enjoy each and every book in this series.

Terrifying and lovely

I enjoy Shannon as a character. It was so interesting to learn about air rescue crews. I like the shifter elements.
The wolf after Shannon was the scary part.
Fletcher is a good character. The love story is rocky.
