This is a very technical wrestler's book for beginner's to advance and coaches. This book shows Bob Douglas one of USA's all time great wrestler's. In this book he demonstrates great techniques in detail. Bob Douglas has dedicated his life to the sport of wrestling and that is identified by his accomplishments: NAIA Champion, State AAU Champion, National AAU Free Style Champion and National AAU Grecoc Roman Champion. Bob Douglas won awards as world champion as well winning fourth place at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, 1967 Runner-up at the World Championships, 1968 Captain of USA Olympic Team in Mexico City, 1970 World Championships bronze medalist. Bob has coached at Oklahoma State, Iowa State where he won a national championship. Bob also coached at Arizona State University and won a national championship. Study this book and apply the techniques, you will learn and develop very detailed hands on wrestling skills.
