A fascinating read! Few people will guess, without reading this book, just how long robots have been all around us. The truth is fascinating, intriguing, and perhaps, for some, a little scary. Its rare facts are backed by actual black and white photographs of the original robots, and automatons.

Just to leave you with a bit of thought, today, we think of androids as very human-like robots, machines so humanistic than it is almost impossible to tell one from the other with a single glance. Yet the word android actually dates back hundreds of years ago!

Read this, and though it's geared for children, you'll find yourself thinking about robots, computers, and machines in ways you've never done before!

Also, a special nod to the rare mention of 2XL! <3
