Literacy

Rate this book
This, the fourth volume to be published in the series, is concerned with 'Literacy' - the interconnection between literacy and oracy is recognised and stressed but the main focus is literacy.
The author considers the context of literacy learning and the social construction of literacy within classrooms in relation to all primary ages. It is not a handbook on "how to do it" but rather aims to demonstrate how teachers can deal with the perennial questions and issues in literacy learning.
