A wonderfully designed and executed history of the Ford Motor Company in America. Recommended for enthusiasts and those with a flair for historical car design.

This enormous coffee table book is a delightful showcase of some of Ford's best designs over the last hundred years. With plenty of images, advertisements, and sidebars, there is a lot to be learned and perused upon.

Each design is taken into account with car models, along with technical aspects that made the cars futuristic for their day. Also exciting is a synopsis of the 50s movement towards nuclear power and subsequent rocket designed cars.

Eras are divided by their respective designs, and there is plenty to read from as there is to gloss through excellent imagery.

I enjoyed this book because it shows the dynasty of an American first company of vehicle . I mainly enjoyed how the book taught info about ford over a one hundred year period but also in a way before 1903 when ford motor company began. my favorite part of the book is the information of world war II and what ford did to help the us in the war ford was a manufacturer of jeeps and the and my favorite the four engines for b -24 liberator bombers. and over 900 were produced.
