This was a book I bought at school when I was about ten years old. Alas I threw it out in one of my many moves. I was happy to pick up a copy at the Lifeline Book Festival and sit down and enjoy every detail again. I felt the indignation at the horrible father in the book, the injustice of the school bullying and the annoying personality of the sister of the main character all over again. Thank goodness for the happy ending! It saves this book. 5 Stars, read it!
