Very wordy. I am not a fan of Mary Chalmers's rabbit illustrations, which also appear in Marigold And Grandma On The Town.

I am a great fan of the Hoban books about Frances, the loveable song-spinning badger. Letitia is cut from the same cloth, although I did not like the illustrations by Mary Chalmers. A library book sale find that added some delight to a bedtime read, for myself. There is a good reason they call them bedtime stories, an excellent way to clear the mind and ease the journey to pleasant dreams.
