Pretty boring and repetitive but has plenty of useful information, regardless. 3/5

Clear, well researched book with plenty of real world scenarios. Covers all the major topics in Information Technology including security, privacy, data and knowledge management, mobile computing, social computing, cloud computing among others. It was the prescribed textbook for one of my university subjects.
