This is an excellent book. This is one of the few management books where I actually took notes and was engaged through till the end.

There is lots of practical advice scattered through the book, and this is stuff that can be implemented.

What I also like, is the use of sports metaphors, or comparisons. This brings an added dimension to the book. He relates each sports analogy to the business context and this is fantastic.

There are very useful tables and diagrams in the book, and this is helpful indeed.

This is an excellent book and not a woolly management book!
