This volume will help HR professionals develop the knowledge and skills related to, but outside, the HR domain in order to make more strategic contributions to their organizations.
Despite the fact that the book is aimed for HR professionals, there were only two chapters addressed to HR projects in a compressed format. Mainly, it's about what project management is and it's described in a concise, facile way giving you the full structure with some good to have tool added. One example I really liked was about a clear and common goal of a project that each participant must know and understand. So there is the " elevator speech" test. You take each member of the project aside and ask the following question: if you were travelling by elevator between the first and second floors with our CEO and he asked what your team was working on, what would you say?
